Troubleshoot Common Issues
My website is not showing my livestream in time
If your web host is caching your site or you are using a caching plugin such as W3 Total Cache or WP Rocket, then we recommend excluding the page that holds your livestream from the cache.
Your web host can do this for you, and plugins like W3 Total Cache give you the ability to exclude a specific page from the cache so that the latest version is always visible to your users.
Firefox isn’t showing my livestream
This is a common issue with Firefox as it is often set to block third-party embeds by default.
The key is to disable the enhanced tracking protection for your site. See the purple shield icon in the address bar to the left of the URL.
If embedding from Facebook, you will likely need to enable the “Allow Site in Facebook Container” as well.
