Refund Policy

Need a refund for your WP Livestream purchase?
We will be happy to help but please read over the policy below before you proceed.

WP Livestream wants our customers to be satisfied with the product they have bought. As such we offer a 30-day refund window on your initial purchase transaction. Please read the policy below carefully.

Before requesting a refund

Before submitting your refund request, we ask that you submit a support request to our support team first. After all, access to our highly-skilled, responsive and friendly support team is part of what you paid for.

Maybe you installed WP Livestream and it did not work as you expected. Or, perhaps you’ve used the plugin and realized it was not what you wanted or expected whatsoever. Things happen, we understand.

That’s why we put a lot of effort to describe and explain how WP Livestream works as much detail as possible through our Documentation pages. In case you are facing any issues with your purchase, we ask that you first submit a support request to clarify all the issues or concerns that you might have.

To prevent abuse of our refund policy, we cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund. Once again, before requesting a refund, please send us a support request first. If you do not follow our refund process, we reserve the right to reject your refund request.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FOR AN ORIGINAL PURCHASE IF THE REFUND REQUEST IS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THAT PAYMENT BEING MADE. Your license will be invalidated and deactivated immediately on submission of a refund request, and all future auto-renewals for that license will be canceled immediately. A deactivated license cannot be restarted, renewed, or reactivated. Please observe the following restrictions:

  • We cannot refund a portion of a license transaction.
  • No partial refunds will be granted for early termination or un-applied discount/coupon codes.
  • We cannot downgrade a license to a different license level.
  • We cannot refund a transaction if you have reported it to your bank as fraudulent. Please contact us first.

Nonconformity and Sole Discretion

Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the terms & conditions of use, including the Refund Policy. After 30 days have elapsed from the date of a transaction for the software license, the buyer agrees they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods/software and signifies to the seller that the goods are conforming or that the buyer will take or retain them in spite of their nonconformity. At that point, any amounts paid are no longer eligible for a refund. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of nDzynes. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for customers who have previously purchased and obtained refunds for a WP Livestream license.

License Renewals

Your WP Livestream license is automatically renewed annually. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at

All of our pricing plans are subscription-based and require the annual renewal of your subscription. However, you can choose whether to renew your subscription or not. We always suggest keeping and renewing your subscriptions because we are always improving WP Livestream and releasing new features, compatibility, and security updates. A valid subscription license is required for receiving continuous updates as well as support.

Important! Canceling your subscription does not mean you get a refund, it means you canceled your auto-renewal. In order to get a refund, please contact our support team.

If you do not cancel your subscription, your subscription will:

  1. Renew the license key and subscription after one year from your original purchase date.
  2. Charge your Credit Card account automatically.

Refunds do not apply to upgrades or license renewals. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. So, please make sure to cancel automatic payments after purchasing if you do not want to renew your license after one year.

How To Request

Refunds can be requested from directly inside your My Account dashboard. To submit a refund request, please contact us and we will reply within 3 working days. Refund requests sent via social media or other means will not be considered.

Processing Time

We generally process refund requests quite quickly but appreciate your patience for up to 7 days. Your financial institution may take additional time (from days to weeks) to complete their refund process. Note that it may take somewhere between 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement. If it takes longer than that, please reach out to your banking institution for assistance. We cannot provide a receipt for a refund.

Refund Amount

Refunds will only be made for the amount paid for the transaction. Some variation, either higher or lower, may be seen in refunds for customers who paid in international currencies, due to differences in exchange rates between the original purchase and the date of the refund.


“Original purchase” refers to the first purchase transaction of a new license. “Renewal” refers to a payment made to extend the term of a license. “Upgrade” refers to a payment made to change a license from one type, to a type of higher value.

Acceptance of Our Refund Policy

When you purchase WP Livestream, you indicate that you have read this refund policy thoroughly, and so, fully accept the terms of our refund policy. We ask you not to make any purchases with us if you do not agree with our terms and conditions in general and this refund policy in particular.

We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

Updates to Our Refund Policy

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice, and takes effect immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our terms and conditions and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.
